We're expecting our second child! YAY!
After the pictures I am copying the whole blog I did during my ENTIRE pregnancy on myspace, it's long...but I needed to post it somewhere!

Well I figured I would write down the big events of the pregnancy. Keep everybody updated on the whole thing. So I will be writing on this blog frequently. Well let's start at the beginning....On March 30th, we had just gotten home from our trip to Wyoming, Mikylee had went to my parents house because she had missed them, and Me and Scott went to Golden Coral for Dinner. While we were at dinner, I was pretty quiet and then out of the blue, i told Scott, "I can't take this anymore, I need to know if I'm pregnant this time finally or not!", and I told him we were going to go get a test right when we left here. So we went to Kmart and I bought a pregnancy test, and I even asked if i could take it into the bathroom there and take it, so I did, and prepared for disappointment again (Considering we've had a couple of other close calls, but I never ended up being pregnant) I was totally shocked when it actually said PREGNANT! I screamed in the store lol, and ran out of the bathroom and jumped into Scott's arms, I couldn't have been any happier at that very moment! So with all the excitement I told Scott we needed to get some stuff to announce it to Mikylee and our parents. So we bought baby bottle pops and put a card in a bag that said they were going to be grandparents again. And for Mikylee we got her (well technically the baby) A bib that says I love my Big Sister! Then we called up all of our friends. And other family members. Very exciting day. So the next day I went in and made a Doctor's Appointment with Dr. John Griffith. My First Doctor's Appointment was on April 4th, Scott and Mikylee both came. We had an ultrasound done to try and determine how far along I was, but when we did it, The doctor kind of laughed because all there was, was a little white spec which was the baby. So he said it was a very rough due date and it was November 29th. Well then My 2nd Doctor's Appointment was on May 2nd, and they did another ultrasound, and this time you could see our precious baby! And it was so exciting because while we were watching it, it moved it's arms and legs. I started to cry! But the new official Due Date is December 1st (So it only changed by 2 days). But that is the latest news, and I will be back with some more information as I get it! So keep checking back!

Okay So i had my third doctors appointment today (June 4th). We got to hear the heartbeat for the first time today (150 beats per minute). It was so exciting finally hearing it. They had a really hard time finding at first which really scared me because just like 3 or 4 days ago i thought i was miscarrying, so it scared me when they couldn't find the heartbeat, so once it came through the doppler my heart just sank, i was so releaved. Scott wasn't able to go to this doctor's appointment with me, but my little Mikylee did, she was so excited, especially when she heard the heartbeat. She just got the biggest smile on her face....It was an amazing feeling. So I am 14.3 weeks right now (And I can find out the gender in SLC now) So I still have to talk to Scott but hopefully this Saturday we will be going out there to find out what our little miracle is going to be. (And then I have My Anatomical Ultrasound on July 1st at A.R.M.C.) And I had to go get my blood work done on June 2nd and that sucked! I do bad with needles in the first place and then they had to poke me 3 times to even get it! (And all three spots bruised especially my hand, it hurts to even like wiggle my hand). But that's the newest news on Baby Number 2. I'll update again when I get my next ultrasound. :)

Okay...so today we went out to SLC and got Ultrasounds done for gender determination....and the news............................WE'RE HAVING A BABY BOY! :) We are so happy! Thats what we were crossing our fingers for, I mean of course we would have been happy either way, all you want is for them to be healthy. But I am so exstatic knowing I'm gonna be a mommy to a daughter and a son! :) So we got 6 Ultrasound pictures (Which of course are in my pictures so check them out) And We also got a DVD of the whole ultrasound, and it was so cute, while we were watching him he waved to us!! It was so perfect! And the other funny thing, he had the hiccups so he kept jumping. Mikylee loved watching it, and Scott laughed so hard when he waved to us. It was such a great experience...and then in September we get to get our 3d/4d ultrasounds done. But anyhow...thought I would update everybody and let them know that we're going to have a boy.

Sorry...I've been slacking a little on updating this thing...But I had another Ultrasound on July 1st (The gender determination in Vernal and the Anatomical Check). He's still a little boy lol. And it was so fun to watch him. And then I was supposed to have an appointment on July 3rd but Scott's family was in town so I rescheduled, and it was on July 10th. Well when we went to the doctors appointment it was pretty normal...we listened to the heart beat, he asked me how i've been feeling, and if we had any questions...and then we started discussing the ultrasound. He informed us that Jaycen has a cyst on his brain. He said it could be nothing to worry about, but he had me get some blood drawn to do another test that will tell us forsure. He wouldn't tell me yet what that meant cause he said he didn't want me to worry about it unless we have to...so i'm pretty worried and a little on edge...So just pray for us please.

AND SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO MY AWESOME FRIEND NATALIE!!! HER SON WAS BORN ON DECEMBER 3RD (Which is Perfect Since I'm due on November 27th!) AND SHE GAVE ME HIS CLOTHES THAT HE DON'T FIT ANYMORE AND OTHER NICE THINGS! YOU ARE SO SWEET NATALIE!!! THANKS AGAIN!

Today, I called the doctor's office to see if the results from the blood test to find out whether our baby has a cyst on his brain had came back yet, and they had...and she said...EVERYTHING IS GOOD! It's such a relief to hear that! The doctor wants me to get another ultrasound at 26 weeks to double check everything..but he said there is nothing to worry about and that the test came back good! So thanks for all the support and prayers!

On August 2nd (Saturday) We are going out to Salt Lake for 3D/4D Ultrasounds, I am so excited and so is Scott and Mikylee...Mikylee is happy to see her baby brother Jaycen (And then afterwards she picked to go to Chuck E Cheese's for her birthday, we gave her the option of Chuck E Cheese's or The Aquarium.) We are also going to get Jaycen's blessing outfit while we are out there. I will have more information and pics very soon! Check the night of the 2nd, cause I'll probably post them while at the hotel.

Sorry, It's been a little while since I updated again...but I did get 3D ultrasounds done on the 2nd of August, they didn't turn out the best, so we are actually getting more in September, but...they didn't turn out horrible. And we did get Jaycen a blessing outfit while in SLC too.

On August 8th, I went to the Doctor, (My appointment wasn't supposed to be until the 12th) because I was having horrible pains, and I was afraid, better safe than sorry. So the doctor checked everything out and said that nothing seemed wrong, and he recommended I get a tummy belt (It's like a bra for the belly) to raise Jaycen about a half inch from where he is, it would probably help with the pains. And then he wrote me an order for the follow-up ultrasound that I was supposed to get at 26 weeks, to make sure Jaycen's cyst on his brain is completely gone. So it was scheduled for August 19th.

So today, the 19th, we went in and I got the ultrasound, and the guy doing the ultrasound said the doctor would have to look at it better of course, but as far as he could tell, there is no more cyst! YAY! And the due date changed to the 25th, but that's only 2 days difference, so we're just still going to say the 27th of November.

Tonight, August 29th, we are heading back out to Salt Lake...tomorrow morning we have another 3D ultrasound appointment at 10:30 a.m. Hopefully I am far enough along now, and hopefully Jaycen cooperates and we get good ones this time. :) So check out my pictures and blog very soon, i will have posted them and updated. So the 3D Ultrasounds were amazing! I'm so glad we tried them again! The video is so fun to watch, he was being such a character! The pictures still aren't the greatest but they aren't bad, and like I said the video is just awesome!

But on the way back from the ultrasounds I started having contractions right before park city. So we ended up stopping in Heber and going to the hospital, and I was having contractions, but luckily they weren't cervical. And I haven't had any since thank goodness, just my stupid leg problem and heartburn is all I have that I CAN complain about lol.

Baby Shower is planned now, My mother in law (Trixie) is throwing it for me, it is going to be on September 19th. I'm way excited! Thanks Trixie!

Also had my last monthly OB appointment today. My next appointment is in 3 weeks, and then after that we go to every 2 weeks. Getting closer... but unfortunately this week I have to get my stupid Rhogam shot (That hurts like hell) because of my blood type being O negative. And then I also have to do my glucose test this week. Fun Fun Fun. But the doctor said everything is looking good, the cyst is forsure 100% gone! And he said we should have no problem going to Salt Lake City for the Circus on the 24th. So... everything looking good so far! :)

The day after my O.B. Appointment I went and got that Rhogam Shot, and My glucose test, I called the doctor's office today, and they said my glucose test came back normal, so thank goodness...i was pretty worried about that one! Such a relief!

My baby shower is going to be so much fun, My mother-in-law has a lot of fun things planned, finally got all of the invitations out...so hopefully I start getting some RSVP's. Got a few already, and I registered at www.babiesrus.com before sending them out, just to give some people idea's. if you need my registry number it's 99029144.

So I had the first of my every 2 week OB appointments today at 2:45, It went really well. I have actually lost 2 pounds YAY! (I know it's only 2 pounds, but still) And then when the doctor came into the room he told me both of my glucose tests came back normal! Which is a huge relief, because Diabetes does run heavily in my family. But while talking with my doctor I had explained to him about my mom (And her eyes), and he told me that I am at extremely high risk for Post Pardum Depression. But he told me not to worry and he will help me through it! So that does worry me a little though, because one thing he said that is true and I hadn't thought of, he said, "Most woman when they have their babies, their mom stays with them or whatever, but helps with taking care of the baby and things at first, but I'm going to be taking care of a newborn and my amazing mother instead." But I just pray that my mom's vision don't completely fail before my son is born, that's all she keeps saying is she's afraid she won't be able to even know what he looks like! It really hurts! But just keep us in your prayers please, and I just thought I would update you on this OB appointment.

Okay, So I had another OB appointment today (Oct 2). I have gained 2 pounds (From my starting weight) which I am very happy about! I'm 8 months prego and have only gained 2 pounds! YES! =). The weighed my abdomen and it was at 32 (Which it should be at 31) So he thinks my due date might be off by a week (So possible new due date Nov. 20th). His heart rate was 54 (Which he said was good), and he's very pleased with how active lil Jaycen is. The doc wanted me to get a flu shot today (But i told him I would prefer not to) and he said I could wait two weeks until my next appointment, so i said okay. I HATE NEEDLES, so i want to be prepared lol. But also...aside from the OB Appointment, if you haven't had a chance to check out the pics yet, we got Jaycen's Nursery finished...yay!!! And I have officially finished baby shopping (minus a few small odds and ends) But as far as the big things, we got: Crib, Bassinet, Playpen/Bassinet/Changing Table, Swing, Bouncer, Stroller, Car Seat, and High Chair. We've got all the clothes we need in sizes Preemie to 3 months, and a few up to 9 months (But not very many yet). Got a car seat bunting... the greatest thing ever created! And plenty of toys! So we are pretty much set. I am going to install the car seat today in the car (Because when we had Mikylee, Scott had to go home and get the car seat, we never even thought about installing it early, i'm on it this time ;) lol.) And also packing baby's diaper bag for the hospital, my mommy bag and a little bag for Scott. And just because I know if we don't we'd be in trouble lol, by little miss attitude, but a bag for BIG SISTER too. =) So there's the newest update.

Okay, so I had another OB Appointment today. Wasn't a very good appointment though! Everything as far as health wise is good (Which is what really matters) but, I talked to the doctor about when I can get started if i don't go into labor by then myself (And he said the soonest he would start me is November 17th, and that he is going to be out of town that whole week. (So whether I get induced or go into labor on my own, if it happens the week of the 17th, I wont even have my own doctor) And the reason it upsets me so much is because the same thing happened when I had Mikylee, if I would have been in labor for like only 5 more hours my doctor was heading out of town...freaking GAY! And the worst part of the whole thing...his fill in doctor's are the doctor's I absolutely did not want!!! ARGH!!!! But baby's heartbeat was 139 bpm, and I have gained 2 more pounds. So that's the latest update.

But then...well.....we all know what happened, and the previous blog don't really matter, since he ended up being a preemie, i got lifeflighted, and i didn't have the same doctor anyways... and I wish I wouldn't have wanted to have him so early, makes me feel guilty!
