Can't wait until this weekend!

Today is Wednesday, so only 3 more days until we are going to salt lake city. yay! We are going out on Saturday August 2nd...On that day we have a 3D/4D Ultrasound appointment (We are all so excited...especially Mikylee...she thinks it's cool she gets to see her baby brother on one of the days we are celebrating her birthday, because also while we are out there, we are going to Chuck E Cheese for her birthday (That's what she picked, we gave her the option of Chuck E Cheese or The Aquarium). Then on Sunday we'll pretty much just be shopping, and what not (One of the days we are down there we are going to get Jaycen's blessing outfit), and then on Monday me and Mikylee have a dentist appointment (Because you can't get into a dentist in Vernal for like 2 to 3 months out!), and then we are going to a pet store that I called and seen if they had quaker parrots and they do so we'll be getting one of those before we come home, I'm so excited to be getting another one! But of course the hotel will have wireless internet and i'm taking my laptop so everyday check my blog out, because i'll be adding pics for sure!

Things to do before Baby Jaycen is here!

Well like I wrote in the previous blog, I have 18 weeks until my due date, and it seems like a never ending list of things to do before hand (Besides rest while I have the chance lol).
- Clean out our spare bedroom and officially make it Jaycen's bedroom
- Paint Jaycen's Room and get it put together
- Try and get all of my pictures from the time me and scott were dating until now printed and
put into albums, before I have even more pictures after Jaycen is here!
- Try and get my scrapbook current!!
- REST REST REST Hahaha!
- Finish buying remaining things for Jaycen
- And I know there's more...but you get the idea...

BUT...on a better note...here's the things to look forward to in the next 18 weeks.
- Mikylee's 4th birthday
- Going to SLC for 3D ultrasounds in about 2 or 3 weeks
- Scott's birthday
- My baby shower that Scott's step mom is throwing for me
- My favorite event of the entire year...the Barnum & Bailey Circus in September in SLC
- Halloween
- And Jaycen's Arrival!

Only 18 more weeks to go....

Well today I realized that I only have 18 weeks left until my due date! Not even a week ago I was getting impatient and saying I wish he was here already (Which don't get me wrong I can't wait until he is), but then today when I was thinking about how much I have left to do in 18 weeks before he gets here...well I became very overwhelmed! Now as far as preparing for Jaycen, other than finishing his room, we are good...we've got everything we need for him already (Mostly anyways). Just thought I would share a few things.

We've also already gotten him clothes (Pjs, shoes, socks, etc) Special shoutout to my amazing friend Natalie for giving me all of her sons old clothes and a few other things. The clothes from her are perfect though...they look brand new and she had her son on Dec 3. so the perfect seasonal clothes as well! We got a double stroller (Because even though Mikylee is older, for the stuff we use the stroller for she would still be riding in one for longer distances). We got a carseat. We got a bouncer... so still just need a few things...but we're close to having all that stuff so!

Well I called the doctors office today to see if the test results were in yet, and they were, and the doctor said they came back good! Thank goodness! What a relief! The doctor wants me to get another ultrasound done at 26 weeks just to look at everything again, but he said don't worry everything looks great so!

Hair cuts....

Today, Mikylee told me she wanted to cut her hair...and when I asked her how short, she said to her shoulders...So...We went and got both of our hair cut...and she was so excited...i was freaking out! (She hasn't had her hair cut since she was born...except for evened out at the bottom a few months ago)....So I was going crazy and panicking lol. But her hair turned out beautiful...and I love my new hair cut.
