Pictures I took of Jaycen & Mikylee (At Dinosaur Gardens)

So i had to throw in this goofy pic of my silly lil girl too!

Jaycen's 6 months old!!

My little man is already half a year old! I don't know how that happened! But wow...he is the most amazing little boy I could have ever asked for! He brings so much to our family and we are so blessed to be his parents (And big sister) He is so amazing! He just melts my heart!
So i took a bunch of pictures at the old dinosaur gardens and then at our house of Jaycen and Mikylee... this is my favorite one of Jaycen, so I chose it for his 6 month old picture...but the post after this will have all of the pictures of Mikylee & Jaycen in it. So check it out too...
And as always, remember to look under the picture for the 10 things I'm loving about Jaycen this month!

1. You have the most amazing laugh in the entire world!
2. You get SOO excited whenever Mommy, Daddy, or Sister comes up to you when you're laying down.
3. You are getting so close to sitting up on your own, but I think your bum bum is just too round lol.
4. You talk sooo much, to all of us, but still honestly, mostly Grandma Eaton..you just coo away!
5. You are completely 100% sleeping through the entire night now, usually until around 10 or 11 in the morning. (Which is very nice for momma!)
6. You love riding in the cart like a big boy at the store now!
7. You absolutely LOVED the feeling of grass (see picture) which is weird, most babies hate it, but you love ANYTHING that you can play with in your fingers!
8. You think you're a little kitty cat or something, you are always "Kneading" Mommy, Daddy, or yourself...and yea...it hurts lol!
9. You love going on walks in the stroller with Mommy and Sister.
10. You love to watch TV (mostly projector) with all of us!

Mom and Dad's Eye Surgery

What a great Weekend...

So Scott works a schedule where he works 4 on 4 off...which is really nice! We love that schedule... and let me tell you, the last 4 days he had off was one of the best WEEKENDS ever! :) Wow!
His first day off was Saturday, we just hung out at home most of that day - but that night was the FIRST night since I've had Jaycen that we had a baby-sitter over night watch both kids! And Scott and I went to the club with some friends and danced and socialized - GREAT FUN! :)
Then the other 3 days were full out fun FAMILY DAYS!
On Sunday, we went to Golden Coral and ate lunch, then we drove up to Steinacker to see the water, got out and took a few pictures, enjoyed the heat! Jaycen even seemed interested in the water which made me really happy! :) Then we went to the old airport, where me and my dad used to go fly remote controlled airplanes, (because we used to catch a TON of horny toads up there) and we were trying to find one to show Mikylee. Well after that mission failed lol...we ended up just gathering some cool looking rocks and coming home and making a home-made "Rock Tumbler" using a water bottle and water and SHAKING SHAKING SHAKING! Then Scott's parents came over to our house, and Mikylee wanted to learn how to play hopscotch, so we all played Hopscotch in our driveway! She had a blast! Then the last thing we did that day, is we had a Pizza Picnic at the park! We went and got some Hot N Ready Pizza and took it to the park and ate! Jaycen had such a fun day as well (He couldn't stop smiling!). What a great day full of wonderful memories!
On Monday, we went to Ashley Gorge, but didnt really end up doing anything, because they have made it so difficult to do anything up there anymore. Then we decided to go to Remember the Maine, and walk the trail to the water there...wow...again big disapointment! I was seriously disgusted! Because that is where I used to go to take pictures all the time, and it was a nice little trail to take the kids on to see water, and they have put a TON of BIG rocks all over so that you can't get to the water very easily! But Scott and Mikylee threw a few rocks into the water anyways, and then we just played at the park there and had so much fun. Jaycen was such a character, and I recorded him talking, laughing, smiling, everything lol while we were at the park. But that day, wow, he seriously did not take a nap at all! not even like a 10 minute one! NONE! But when we got home, we had a bbq, and made steaks, corn, and deviled eggs, and we watched Who's your Caddy! It was a really good movie! And Jaycen FINALLY fell asleep in my arms around 10:30 that night!
On Tuesday, we took Mikylee to her school and started to teach her how to play : 4 square, baseball, hopscotch, and played on the playground. Jaycen went down the slide for the first time today, with daddy of course! lol. We just had so much fun doing so many things as a family!
REMEMBER...IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS IN LIFE THAT MEAN THE MOST! :)

We went to golden coral for lunch, and then when we left there, we decided to go see Steinacker, and it was so pretty! :) and there was sooo many people out enjoying the wonderful weather like us lol!

After we went to Steinacker, we decided to go to the old airport, where me and my dad used to go fly remote controlled airplanes all the time, to try and find HORNY TOADS lol. But after a while of NO success, we collected cool looking rocks instead, and then took them home to do a homemade "rock tumbler" with...lol.

Now I have to share what happened last night (which was also a great night), Last night was the FIRST night since I've had Jaycen that we were away from both kids! (so for 6 months), and it was hard not having them home, it felt wierd, but other than that, we had a fun night. Scott and I went to the club and danced with some of our friends! It was fun.
