TONIGHT WE TOOK FAMILY A PICTURE OF THE HARRISON/SCHLIESSER FAMILY... and I thought I would hurry and share it....and then I got the idea to make this whole post about my in-laws.....

Oh My!!!....New Years Resolutions 09

So sometimes I wonder if making New Years resolutions is actually a bad idea...sometimes I think you jinx yourself more and NEVER DO THEM! But either way...I'm going to take my chances. I figure I still have a few of them, and 100% DETERMINED TO DO THEM!

1. BE A BETTER WIFE AND MOMMY!
a. clean the house better
b. cook more often & try new recipes
c. manage money/bills better
d. try and do more family oriented things
e. get the house completely decorated and homey! :)

2. LOSE WEIGHT! (So far I have lost about 37 lbs since having Jaycen)
a. do my hip hop abs according to the schedule it comes with
b. eat healthier and less
c. my OVERALL goal is to be the size I was when I met Scott

3. GET THE DOGS COMPLETELY HOUSE TRAINED
a. bring them inside more frequently to work with them more
b. have them inside with us completely as soon as possible

4. DO OUR YARD IN THE SUMMERTIME (there is no landscaping done at all yet)
a. get grass where we want it
b. put sidewalks where we want them
c. a fence up
d. plant flowers and trees
e. and whatever else we plan on doing to the yard..unsure right now

5. SAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO GO ON A VACATION
a. put a side money each month specifically for a vacation for our family
b. which our destination would be...boise (to visit family and meet shawn), portland, and san diego.


SO THOSE ARE MY NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS FOR THE YEAR 2009.........

Christmas 2008

This year for Christmas, I was really happy because Scott actually had it off this year! It's so hard when he has to work it, so that in itself was a BIG Blessing for us! :) Well, we all woke up at 8:00 a.m. and came downstairs to see what Mr. Santa Clause himself had left...And for Mikylee, (She asked him all 8 times she seen him this year for "Music") She got a Stereo-CD, FM/AM, and she can plug her MP3 player into it, She got Musical DVD's: High School Musical and Pocohantas (has a lot of singing in it also), She got a bag of Reese's, A tin of cookies, and hot chocolate mix. Jaycen got: A really nice outfit, A monkey rattle, A baby's 1st Christmas Blanket and Bib. Scott got: Reese's, Peanut Clusters, Box of Chocolates, and Cookie Tin. I got: Reese's, Andie's Mint, Hand Sanitizer, Cookie Tin, and Ladle. Then it was time to open our presents! Mikylee got to play Santa this year.

WE GOT A FAMILY PRESENT this year, which was a NEW PROJECTOR....yay, it's High Definition and a lot brighter than our old one!

(You don't have to read the rest if you don't want to, It just lists everything we got for Christmas so that I'll remember!)

MIKYLEE GOT FROM MOMMY & DADDY & BROTHER:(The littlest angel book, More Butterfly Room Decorations, Princess bath towell, Shopping basket with food, Princess hot chocolate set, dora umbrella, baby doll, the night before the night before christmas book, littlest pet shop bathing set, 5 stackable storage containers for her little toys, Mousetrap, Princess Yahtzee, tinkerbell towell, donald's christmas gift book, horton hears a who DVD, Kung Fu Panda DVD, 80 piece play tools set, tool box, magnifiying glass.
AND FROM JUST SCOTT TO MIKYLEE: Flying Disk Shooters, and Slinky.
AND FROM: Aunt Debra and Uncle Dave, she got Lisa Franks stuff! From Aunt Cynthia, Uncle Jared & Kids: Drawing Pad, Markers, and Crayons. From Grandma Tammy for Mikylee: 2 Baby Bottles for her dolls, and electric tooth brush.
(BEFORE CHRISTMAS Mikylee got From Aunt Melissa, Uncle Josh, and Cousin Jerick: Blendy Pens, From Donovan at our Christmas Party: Duck Bath Sets SUPER CUTE! and From Grandma and Grandpa Eaton: Jacket, Shirt, and $20.00 in one dollar bills.)

THEN JAYCEN GOT: turtle rattle, doggy outfit, my 1st christmas pooh bib, Activity Mat, Bumbo and Bumbo Tray, Tigger Stuffed Animal.
From MIKYLEE TO JAYCEN: Pooh Booties, Shoes, and A puppy stuffed animal.
AND THEN FROM Aunt Debra and Uncle Dave: Little Chef Rattle Set, From Grandma Tammy: Winnie the pooh teething ring. From Aunt Cynthia Uncle Jared and Kids: Preschool Shirt and Onesie.
(BEFORE CHRISTMAS Jaycen got Elmo phone from Aunt Melissa, Uncle Josh, and Cousin Jerick. And From Grandma and Grandpa Eaton he got a sweater, Baby's 1st Christmas Outfit, and $20.00)

SCOTT GOT: Wii Games: Wonder world Amusement Park,10 pin bowling, winter sports 2, Mario Sonic Olympics, Manhunt 2, Call of Duty, big beach sports, tiger woods 09, spyro. Wii Supplies: Wheel, pistol, and 2 Zappers.
FROM ME: A surveillance system.
FROM JAYCEN: he got a ball that bounces 75 feet plus!
FROM MIKYLEE: he got a remote control helicopter,
FROM HIS MOM: he got socks and a shirt thats funny.
(BEFORE CHRISTMAS from My Mom and Dad he got money, and then from our present game at our friend's christmas party he got a battery operated shaver.)

TRISTA GOT: A beautiful Opal Necklace, A heart bracelet, Painting Letter Stencils, Family Pictures, Monopoly (Here and Now, with Electronic Banker).
FROM SCOTT'S MOM: I got a $10.00 gift card for wal-mart.
(BEFORE CHRISTMAS from my mom and dad, Money. And from present game at our friend Christmas Party, Body Lotions, Glitter body spray, etc.)

AND SCOTT AND ME BOTH GOT MARIOKART FOR THE WII FROM MELISSA, JOSH, AND JERICK.

AND JAYCEN AND MIKYLEE BOTH GOT TOWELLS AND WASHRAGS FROM US.

Then we went to Scott's parents house, and there, Mikylee got: Angel Shirt and Pants, light up piglet pen, gloves, little peoples soundtrack cd, Dab-A-Lot Markers. Jaycen got: A blue pokadot blanket, and Dalmation outfit. Scott got: Pistol Crosbow, pliers set, fire starter, saudering gun, and targets. I got: A down blanket, Canned Carrots, Sugar, and Flour, Trivial Pursuit, and 2 towells. Scott's step-brother Jacob got us Poker cards and chips. Then when we were at Grandma Hullingers house, Grandma gave us a christmas church decoration, and Bridget gave us peeps, marshmallow sticks, and a chocolate raspberry. And Bridget gave Mikylee a tootsie roll blanket.

THEN WHEN WE CAME HOME FROM ALL OF THE EXCITEMENT....OUR FURNACE WASN'T WORKING! SO WE FROZE! MY DAD, SCOTT'S DAD, AND SCOTT TRIED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND FIX IT, BUT NO LUCK...SO THAT NIGHT OUR HOUSE GOT TO ABOUT 48 DEGREE'S INSIDE, WE JUST ALL 4 STAYED IN OUR BEDROOM WITH A LITTLE SPACE HEATER!
And that was our Christmas!

Santa Claus Comes Tonight!!

Every year for Christmas Eve, we go to my parents house, and we watch A Christmas Story, and eat Crackers, Cheese, Meats, Veggies, Etc... And open our presents from Mom and Dad, and give them theirs from us. Well this year was a little different, we didn't watch A Christmas Story, we still ate the snacks, and exchanged presents, but we are going to watch "Jeff Dunham's Christmas Special" Tomorrow. But we love spending the time with my parents, and still had a great time!
Mikylee was very difficult to get to bed tonight, because she is so excited lol... Because SANTA CLAUS IS COMING TO TOWN!!!!!

Jaycen's 2 months old!

Well I cannot believe that Jaycen is already 2 months old!!! He has already changed sooo much! When he was born, he weighed 5 lbs 15 ounces, and was 18 inches long. When he was 1 month, he weighed 6 lbs 6 ounces, and was 19.5 inches long. When he was 1 and a half months, he weighed 7 lbs 6 ounces, and was 20.5 inches long. And On his 2 month mark (December 23) He had his 2 month check up and he weighed 8 lbs 1 ounce, and was 21 inches long. (I know it's kind of crazy, to think that he weighs what the average baby weighs when they are born, and same goes for length, and he is already 2 months old!!) It's looking at that, that really reminds me that I'm a mommy to a preemie! He is starting to be a little more pleasant to be around during the day (I know that sounds horrible, but this is no exageration, that until about a week ago, he cried any time he was awake, no matter what you did!) And we're starting to get some time in during the day that he's awake and content! He wore Preemie sized clothing until about 2 weeks ago, and then he started wearing Newborn size (Still a little big, but preemie go too small), and he just barely graduated from the newborn sized diapers about 4 days ago, and now officially wears size 1. So he is becoming quite the BIG BOY! He does seem to be following in his sisters footsteps, he throws up just about everything that he eats, but the doctor is trying a few things that he didn't with Mikylee, and hopefully it works, I do not wish to relive all that we went through with Mikylee, however, if we have to HE IS SO WORTH IT, and SO WAS SHE!!!
