1st Room Completely Finished! Jaycen's Nursery! =)

YAY! So yesterday we finally finished Jaycen's Nursery! (Minus buying a curtain and hanging it up) It feels so good to have it done, but at the same time I just want to walk in their and pick him up out of the crib and hold him.... but...still 8 more weeks...bummer! lol. Scott did a really good job on fixing that dresser we got from my friend. (It looked horrible) But Scott sanded it and painted it, I Love it! =) And I got all of his clothes sorted and put away, the crib put together, Scott hung up the cute ceiling decorations, and I finished painting. (Also last night, I assembled the playpen, high chair, and stroller).

VACATION'S OVER.... =(

I know it has to happen (everytime you go somewhere), it always has to end... But it was so nice to be away from everything and just relax and have fun together!
But with vacation ending, results in busy busy time again... We are now down to 8 weeks before my due date!
Today I have been doing some cleaning in the house... and I know a lot of you still have not seen my house (Even though we've lived in it for almost 2 years!) So as I get each room completed... (FINAL MAJOR CLEANING BEFORE JAYCEN GETS HERE) consisting of: general cleaning, organizing, (Trying to reduce clutter!), Dusting, Vacuuming/Mopping, Shampooing carpeted floors, Washing Windows, Purchasing Curtains for every room (Still need to do that lol). So What I'm getting at, is as I finish each individual room, I will update you and post pictures of every room in the house! Today... already starting to run out of time, but today we are mostly working on the living room mess (Created by cleaning Jaycen's Nursery out), and working on Jaycen's Nursery... So the first room you will finally get pictures of is Jaycen's Nursery!
So just keep checking back...and wish us luck.
Rooms and Area's Needed Worked On:
Living Room, Family Room, Jaycen's Nursery, Mikylee's Bedroom, Our Bedroom, Our Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Room, Main Bathroom, and Toy Room (inside of the house). And then we also hope to get the entire yard cleaned up and the garage!
So again...like i said... busy busy busy! (But atleast we have an amazing little helper...Mikylee!) =)

5th & Final Day in SLC!

Well, today it was time to come home. So we packed everything up to take home again, and then we went shopping for a little while. I got a new Tantum Stroller from babies r us, and 2 cute outfits for Jaycen! And a bib that says, "Chicks Dig Me!" Haha...how cute huh! And Mikylee got a coloring program for the computer, and she got hooked up with some SUPER CUTE clothes from Osh Kosh! Then Scott got a big case of Ammo for his Tokarev again (Which is okay with me, heck of a lot cheaper than buying Ammo in town lol) Then before coming home we met Eddie (And one of his friends) and went out to eat at a Japanese Restaraunt (Which i've never ate before). And it was so fun...they cook right there in front of you and do all these fun tricks while cooking. AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!!! Then we came home (Seen a lot of wrecks on the way and had stupid construction that resulted us going under 5 miles an hour for quite a while, which really stunk!) But we are home now! Time to get busy again...

4th Day in SLC!

Well today was the last full day in SLC! (Bummer) But at around noon we went to, This Is The Place. It was also our first time ever going there. It's a pretty neat place! Mikylee loved riding the big and little train they have, and we got to go to their petting zoo..and we made this little goat friend who followed us the entire time we were petting the other animals, it was so funny. And cute, I wanted to take it home...lol. And we got to do a craft in one of the buildings (We all three made pin wheels). We had a lot of fun! Then we ate dinner @ Chuck A Rama (I know, it's good food and it's cheap, so we go their alot when we are out here!) Then we went to stores and just looked around killing a little bit of time, then we went to our friend Eddie's house (He lives out here). So it was a fun day again...I'm just sad to be coming home tomorrow! =(

3rd Day in SLC!!!

Today was the main day of our Vacation! The day of the Barnum & Bailey Circus! But that wasn't until 7:00 p.m. So before that, (today was the 2nd day of our 3 day connect pass) We went to the Hogle Zoo (We were a little limited on time there though, so we only went to a little bit of it), but we got some cute pictures and had fun...their was a baby monkey that cracked us up! Then we went to the clark planetarium and watched our first ever imax movie! Wow... that is so fun! I recommend you go if you've never been! I swear I jumped more than Mikylee did lol, (stuff literally comes at you). Then we came back to the suite and ate dinner, then it was off to the circus! We had a really fun day! I'm sad for the circus to be over though (it's like my christmas, haha, so now i'm bummed because we have another year before it comes again!) But on the bright side, we'll have little Jaycen to join us next year =)

2nd Day in SLC!

Today we went to Thanksgiving Point first! That was a lot of fun, it was all three of ours first time going! What was really cool is they are having farm country (Or something like that) going on right now, and so Mikylee got to ride a pony for the first time, and pet a horse for the first time (Which she has been begging us to do for like the past 4 months!) Scott and Mikylee fed a donkey and llama, and we rode a horse carriage. Then after that it was lunch time, so we ate lunch at chuck a rama. Then we were off to the living planet aquarium! we have been there a lot of times before so it wasn't too exciting, but still fun. Mikylee finally got to pet the stingray (her arms were always too short before), so that was pretty cool. And they had a couple new exhibits. And then for dinner...like i had promised Mikylee almost two months ago...we went to Chuck E Cheese. So we had a pretty good day!
