Don't say it, I already know....

So hence the name for my title, we moved again...and I do not want to here, AGAIN!?!? lol... We have not had the best luck with things in the past year, and I thought this last house we lived in was perfect, and everything was going good, until about 3 months ago. See the homeowner, was good to work with, he was nice, and didn't give us any problems. But then because so many of his tenants were behind on payments, he decided he needed to hire a property manager because he isn't "mean" enough. And well lets just say, the property magager he hired has no problem with being MEAN at all...that's the understatement of the year. Well anyways, we had paid rent every month, we were just a little behind on our deposit, because of what happened at the house before that. And the homeowner was fine with us making payments on it, well when SHE came in, she said no, and that she was the boss now, and it didn't matter what the homeowner and us had arranged and that we had to finish paying the deposit within like 7 days. Well of course we couldn't come up with the money that fast. So she took our last months rent money and put it towards the deposit, and then sent us a 3 day eviction notice, because now it showed we were one month BEHIND! So after hours of arguing with her on the phone, we decided it wasn't worth it even if we could come up with 3700 dollars in 3 days (Which wasn't going to happen) that we'd go ahead and find another place, because the woman straight up told me on the phone that even if we came up with the money, that she does not like us, and that she was going to do whatever she could to get us out of there...so...we went ahead and left.

So we now live in bigger, better, and best part CHEAPER house. With AMAZING landlords (the man is a mortgage officer, so he's helping us be sure to purchase this house in 3 years!) And they are doing the landscaping. We are getting Sod, Rock, and Hedges for a fence line. YAY!
